Capacity: max 6 pers.

Cleaning:

The guest is obliged to leave the house in good condition and tidied up. The owner is responsible for the final cleaning, for which there is a charge.

Guarentee:

Together with the payment of the rent, a deposit is paid. If there is no damage or loss of property, the warantyfee will be refunded within 2 weeks after check-out.

Pets:

Pets are not allowed.

House Rules

Smoking:

Smoking is NOT allowed in any of the inside rooms.

Electric cars:

It is not allowed to charge any electric vehicle.

Liability:

Casa "Bella", nor its owners can be held reliable for any personal injuries or accidents that occur on the property or on the way to & from the property.

Reservation & payment:

Deposit of 50% as final reservation.
Remaining 50% + extra's 4 weeks prior to arrival.

Cancelation policy:

More than 8 weeks prior to arrival: 100%
4 to 8 weeks prior to arrival: 50%
Less than 4 weeks prior to arrival:

No refund, except extra cost such as cleaning and utilities.
